Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All subscription fees paid to EwiiDine are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed — whether monthly, annual, or any other fee — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By subscribing to EwiiDine, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. 14-Day Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans with no credit card required. This gives you full access to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan. We strongly encourage you to fully utilize the trial period to ensure EwiiDine meets your restaurant's needs before subscribing.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for remaining time.
  • No cancellation fees will be charged.
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after the subscription ends, then permanently deleted.

4. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the start of the subscription period. If you cancel an annual subscription, you retain access until the end of the full annual period. No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused months of an annual subscription.

5. Plan Changes

You may upgrade your plan at any time — the prorated amount will be charged immediately. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the next billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be issued for plan downgrades.

6. Service Disruptions

In the event of prolonged service unavailability (exceeding 4 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end, EwiiDine may, at its sole discretion, offer service credits applicable to future billing periods. Service credits are the sole remedy for service disruptions — no cash refunds will be provided.

7. Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was processed in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount), please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and correct any verified billing errors. Payment disputes are not refund requests — only billing errors will be corrected.
