By accessing or using EwiiDine's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
EwiiDine provides an all-in-one restaurant management platform including POS billing, QR ordering, inventory management, staff management, table reservations, kitchen order tickets, payment processing, analytics, and related services. The platform is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select. Subscription fees are non-refundable as outlined in our Refund Policy.
EwiiDine may offer a free trial period of 14 days. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the free trial at any time.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EwiiDine and Ewii Enterprises. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
In no event shall EwiiDine, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
